You might have a feeling what the word “Rebirth” means to you or you might not. Maybe we have worked together in session work before, or maybe this is your first time working with me.

Regardless of what brought you here, I am grateful!

If you are like “I am here, but I don’t really know why, I just KNEW I was supposed to do this!” I FEEL you! I have done that before too, when working with mentors, and THAT, my sweet friend, is INTUITION! And trust! The 2 are so closely linked, because Intuition can only take you so far if you don’t know how to trust it, right?!?

Don’t worry, we get to that in the course!!!

The videos for this course were recorded on Treaty 2 Land, the land of the Anishinaabe Peoples of Canada.

This course is set up with 10 videos in 4 Modules. I was intentionally about keeping it loaded with information, but to the point as to not be overwhelming! Spirit Guided me to create Rebirth 101 this way for a number of reasons, the most important being that this type of self healing work is Quality over Quantity!!

I ALSO know that when I have done courses in the past, with SO MUCH information………. that overwhelm hits me hard & sometimes stops me before I even begin!!

As you listen to the videos, you will have your own memories, stories, beliefs & feelings roll into your conscious mind. Pay attention to them, they have so much to tell you!

EVERYTHING you remember will be an important part of your healing journey! 

This course was created based off of 9 months of research that I didn’t even realize I was doing, while working with clients 1 on 1 in my Rebirth Mentorship! The course is created, of course, for you to go in order. HOWEVER if you view the video titles & one specifically is calling to you, honor that!

The Rules are forever “Guidelines” to me, not Set in Stone. Intuition always knows!! I ask you to trust it to guide and support you as you navigate your healing with this course!

You will also notice that I haven’t created a bunch of worksheets and extra information to go along with it. Again with the overwhelming thing!! I know that everyone who listens to this course will pick up something different. Different words, stories, experiences etc. I ALSO know that every time you re-watch these videos as you move forward in your life with NEW things to understand and heal, you will connect to different words that are spoken!

You are in control of this, what you hear, what you feel & what stands out to you! It’s part of how I guide you to trust yourself in a super sneaky little way!! Your Journal will become your bff! Write down what really speaks to you & leave out what doesn’t!

In case you were wondering, THAT is my favorite part! Witnessing my clients as they sink into the healing & come out into their Rebirth with this strength and power that wasn’t there before, it's that Wild knowing & Trust within self & I can’t wait for you to experience it too!!!

As I sit typing this on the porch at my Cabin on Lake Manitoba, there is a big Black Crow hanging around in the grass. Which i know is no coincidence! The Crow is a Death bird! And in order to experience Rebirth, we must let what is no longer serving us, what is holding us back out of fear……. to die. Know that the Crow energy is infused into these words to help support you!
